2017 Stockwell Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz
The classic varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz have been the mainstay of winemaking in the Barossa for many generations. The unique characters created when blending these together is considered to be a perfect match.
The strong, structural tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon are enhanced by the bold and intense red berry fruit flavours of the Shiraz. With a round mouthfeel and long persistence, this wine provides both harmony and intensity.

This has a distinctly tarry edge with a rich, black-olive, asphalt, iodine and blue-fruit core. There’s good density on the palate with a really powerful, focused drive on the dark-fruit and spice finish. Drink or hold.
